Coordinate Christmas Kettle locations for The Salvation Army, using scheduling and customer service skills across a temporary full time assignment. Local travel is required.

This short-term Coordinator position oversees several kettle sites within a geographical zone. You will organize campaign workers, volunteers, schedules, supplies, donations, and daily site operations. The work supports The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign while serving donors and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assign campaign workers and volunteers across kettle locations
- Coordinate schedules and respond to emergency absences
- Deliver kettles and secure donations at shift completion
- Visit sites during shift changes and intermittently
- Submit weekly timesheets,



mileage reports, and statistical data

Requirements:

- Minimum one year of related or customer service experience
- Office administration experience and Word and Excel skills
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence and personal vehicle
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move 9 to 12 kilograms
