St. Joseph’s Health System in Hamilton seeks a Registered Nurse for the Post-Anesthetic Room to support post‑operative recovery.

You will provide patient‑centred, evidence‑based care, monitor patients in PACU, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage high-acuity cases and rapid changes in condition. The role requires active RN registration in Ontario, BCLS/HCP, and a minimum of two years in critical care/PACU, with ACLS preferred.
