Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with clients, teammates, and dealership partners
- Sell ICBC and private insurance products against performance targets
- Process renewals, plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments




- Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products
- Handle calls, administration, and branch inventory

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter mentality and drive to exceed sales goals
- Confident, outgoing, customer-first approach
- Detail-oriented organization and multitasking under pressure
- Level 1 Insurance License is an asset, not required
