You will connect business priorities with organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change. The role reports to the Regional People Director and operates predominantly at Tier 3. Key Responsibilities:

Significant People Partner or Human Resources Business Partner experience Experience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change priorities Ability to influence leaders without direct authority Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Apply strategic people partnering, workforce planning, and data-driven insight to support SLR Consulting leaders across North America.
