The position supports a franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealer group operating multiple sites nationwide. As an experienced advisor, you will assess requirements, provide inclusive quotes, explain completed work, and record repairs accurately. Commercial vehicle knowledge and warranty procedure experience are advantageous, not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess customer requirements and provide inclusive quotations
• Produce detailed job cards, estimates, warranties,

• Explain completed work and identify sales opportunities
• Ensure warranty jobs follow manufacturer policies
• Categorise retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs

Requirements:

• Experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or similar
• Automotive industry background
• High standards of customer care and satisfaction
• Knowledge of warranty procedures advantageous
• Commercial vehicle operation knowledge advantageous
