Realstar is seeking a Resident Manager to live on-site at a Peterborough property. The role requires you to reside on-site, work four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

The position offers base compensation of $35,000-$42,000 per person, includes an apartment suite (taxable benefit), with employer-paid perks, quarterly and annual bonuses based on performance, and extensive training opportunities.
