Accuracy, teamwork, urgency, and excellent customer service are critical to success in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Counter Customer Service DutiesAssist contractors and customers with HVAC, hydronic, and sheet metal product inquiriesProcess customer sales orders and invoices using the P21 ERP systemAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to customer requests promptly and professionallyAssist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, warranty information, refunds, and exchangesProvide basic technical support and troubleshooting assistance (training provided)Prepare and verify orders, pick tickets, purchase orders, and warranty registrationsFollow up on deliveries, shipments, back-orders, and special ordersProcess customer payments and returnsMaintain pricing labels, shelf organization, and front counter cleanlinessAssist with inventory management and communicate low stock levelsEnsure customers review and sign paperwork before leaving with ordersSupport other branches or departments as requiredWarehouse Associate DutiesAccurately pick and stage orders from pick ticketsDouble-check products,



quantities, and serial numbers before shipmentLoad and unload shipments safely using forklifts or manually (up to 75 lbs.)Receive and organize incoming inventory into designated warehouse locationsAssist with transfers between branches using company systemsInspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damagesMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standardsOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and warehouse equipment safelyReport inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, or equipment issues to managementAssist with general warehouse duties and daily operational supportPrioritize order accuracy over speedQualifications & ExperienceREQUIRED (Must show on your resume)Minimum 2 years HVAC or plumbing experience and/or educationMinimum 3 years customer service, front counter, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experienceStrong computer skills including MS Office and ERP systemsExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 75 lbs.Forklift CertificationStrong attention to detail and accuracyReliable, punctual,
