Support Codiac Transpo in Moncton with bilingual customer service, office administration, and accurate daily business operations. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

The Business Operations Administrator reports to the Supervisor of Finance and Administration. You will provide customer service and administrative support while applying established policies, using office software, and maintaining accurate results. The work supports Codiac Transpo’s public transit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous telephone customer service and handle complaints
• Operate the radio communication system calmly and professionally
• Apply established policies and procedures to assignments
• Resolve frequent minor problems using sound judgment
• Maintain professional relationships with transit partners and clients

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education with assessed office skills
• At least one year performing similar or related duties
• Functional English and French at Intermediate+ level
• Knowledge of Excel, macros, Word, Windows, and email
• Accounting or bookkeeping courses or related experience considered an asset
