Build regulated pharmaceutical warehouse expertise as a Bimeda Sampling Specialist, combining material inspection, FTNIR testing, and GMP documentation.

This afternoon-shift position supports sampling and stock control for incoming raw materials and packaging components. Responsibilities span contamination prevention, sample preparation, laboratory delivery, status labeling, cycle counts, and material tracking. You will work with QAD, Bimeda’s ERP system, while using Microsoft Word and Excel occasionally for warehouse paperwork. The position also requires tow motor or forklift operation, equipment inspections, and compliance with safety policies, GMP, GLP, and SOPs. Experience in regulated sampling or material handling is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow sampling plans and prevent contamination during collection




- Verify tools and equipment are clean before sampling
- Conduct basic identity tests using FTNIR instrumentation
- Deliver collected samples to the laboratory for analysis
- Report deviations, damaged materials, and non-conformances

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Required tow motor, forklift, and TDG certification
- Basic mathematical skills for weighing and measuring
- Robust communication, quality focus, and work ethic
- Flexibility for overtime and repetitive lifting tasks
