You will oversee safe water/wastewater operations, commute to Brechin, and manage capital expansion programs while aligning with regulatory requirements and client needs. You will collaborate with engineering, finance, and field staff to optimize plant performance, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement across regional facilities.
