plant leadership and corporate finance
to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and provide clear insight into the business. The Controller will have significant visibility into plant operations and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and strategic decision-making. Key areas of responsibility:
Oversee plant financial reporting, month-end close, and financial statement accuracy Analyze financial results and provide clear explanations of key variances and operational drivers Lead budgeting, forecasting,
and financial modeling for the plant Partner with plant leadership on cost improvement initiatives and operational performance Support capital investments and provide financial analysis for major business decisions Maintain and strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting teams on reporting, planning, and strategic initiatives Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and overall plant performance Ideal background:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field 8+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience Manufacturing and/or cost accounting experience strongly preferred Strong financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical skills Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Ability to partner effectively with plant and operational leadership Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights
