As a Dispatcher, you will manage incoming service orders and coordinate real-time route support. You will interact with customers, customer service, sales, operations, and maintenance personnel.



Your work includes resolving service challenges and sharing driver information with appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field incoming customer calls and emails
• Satisfy customer needs for service changes
• Dispatch routes using designated driver locations
• Communicate driver information to appropriate departments
• Coordinate with maintenance shop personnel

Requirements:

• Robust customer focus and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• One to two years relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of hours of service regulations is an asset
• Availability for urgent weekend calls
