This experienced, self-directed Nursing Unit Clerk supports the operation of a care area under a Manager or designate. The work includes transcribing physicians’ orders, coordinating appointments, arranging tests, and processing results.



Communication with departments and hospitals remains central to daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe and process physicians’ orders
• Coordinate appointments and arrange required tests
• Receive and process test results
• Communicate with departments and hospitals
• Assemble and maintain patient charts

Requirements:

• Nursing Unit Clerk Certification is required
• Experienced clerical qualified with efficient work habits
• Self-directed approach under general supervision
• Keyboarding and data entry capabilities
• Availability Tuesdays and Wednesdays, days, 08:00 to 16:00
