We’re looking for a hands‑on IT leader who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution — someone equally comfortable planning systems architecture, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues, managing vendors, and leading critical technology initiatives.This is not a purely managerial role. We need someone who likes rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, improving systems, and building strong operational foundations while leading a small internal team and external IT partners.What You’ll DoYou’ll lead the day‑to‑day and long‑term management of technology across Spirit of Math, including infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and IT operations.Key areas of responsibility includeLead administration and optimization of the Microsoft 365 environment including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Intune, and security/compliance toolsManage identity, access, permissions, and device policiesImprove collaboration, automation, and operational efficiency across the organizationIT Operations & InfrastructureOversee reliable and secure IT operations across corporate and campus environmentsSupport networking, endpoints, hardware lifecycle management, and cloud‑based infrastructureWork closely with the organization’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure responsive support and strong service deliveryAct as escalation point for complex technical issuesCybersecurity & Risk ManagementStrengthen security posture across systems, devices, and user accessCoordinate security monitoring, incident response, backups, and disaster recovery readinessEnsure best practices around data protection and privacySupport and oversee key operational platforms including our Student Information System (SIS)Collaborate with internal developers and external vendors on integrations, improvements,
