The position manages schedules, dependencies, materials, BOMs, lifecycle records, and documentation. Success requires coordination across Product Engineering, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain Operations, Planning, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop NPI schedules and track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigationsCoordinate cross-functional tasks, deliverables, meetings, and status updatesTrack wafer lots, shipments, samples, packaging, and purchase ordersMaintain part numbers, BOMs, routings, ECO alignment,



and lifecycle statusPrepare product documents, waivers, PCNs, reports, and presentationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant supply chain or technical experienceThree to six years coordinating semiconductor NPI, supply planning, or operationsExperience managing complex schedules with cross-functional dependenciesKnowledge of BOM structures, ECOs, and product lifecycle managementProficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet or equivalentCoordinate semiconductor NPI execution at Semtech through disciplined planning, supply logistics, lifecycle management, and documentation.
