As Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will support Product, National Underwriting, Partnerships, Direct, and Specialty businesses. The role focuses on multi-year strategies, market intelligence, governance, and cross-functional execution. You will help advance growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer outcomes. Develop and execute multi-year business strategies and roadmaps Monitor strategic priorities, accountability, and key commitments Establish governance processes and report insights to leadership Identify risks, dependencies,

Five or more years in strategy, planning, consulting, or related fields Success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; P&C; insurance preferred Apply strategic thinking, governance, and cross-functional leadership to shape Aviva Canada’s Personal Lines and Underwriting direction.
