CarePartners is seeking RNs and RPNs for a part time position in Kincardine and surrounding areas. Community nurses work across homes, clinics, schools, and retirement homes. The schedule runs from 8 am to 8 pm within a two-week rotation, including weekends, weekdays, and on-call work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work independently or with Ontario Health atHome
• Maintain effective Community Health Services care plans
• Provide exceptional nursing services to patients
• Liaise with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Complete clinical duties as required

Requirements:

• RN or RPN degree or diploma
• CNO registration in good standing
• Strong commitment to improving patient lives
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and English communication
• Driver’s license, vehicle, CPR, and required health checks
