Reporting to the Manager, Food and Beverage, the Sales and Catering Coordinator manages inquiries, proposals, contracts, and post-event follow-up. This full time position requires sales experience, operational collaboration, accurate records, and strong computer literacy. The coordinator supports catering and banquet functions while maintaining service and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solicit new business through cold calling and networking
• Respond to catering inquiries from potential and existing clients
• Develop customized proposals, menus,
  
  
  
  and contracts
• Create and manage Banquet Event Orders accurately
• Supervise event setup, execution, teardown, and inspections

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ sales and catering experience
• Tripleseat experience required; Squirrel experience is an asset
• Serving it Right certification is mandatory
• Strong MS Office and computer literacy skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming License
