Human Resources General Supervisor, Contract (Upper Beaver Gold Project, Dobie, ON)LocationUpper Beaver Gold Project, Dobie, Ontario, Canada.Schedule40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Salary$135,000 - $178,000 CAD per year.Responsibilities- Report to the Human Resources Superintendent and support the Upper Beaver Gold project as the initial HR role.- Collaborate with Macassa HR, Regional HR, and key Operations stakeholders to support the growth and integration of the project.- Provide full HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, application of HR policies, legal and company compliance, cyclical HR programming,



and performance management.- Work closely with the centralized recruitment team.- Ensure appropriate workforce planning and prioritization to support staffing requirements.- Ensure employment commitments of Partner Agreements are followed and the employment and development of Indigenous Peoples are maximized.- Monitor and report on key HR‑related milestones for the project.- Support the implementation and integration of corporate and region‑wide HR requirements and recent initiatives, such as updated company policies and global HR programming.Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Leader (CHRL) designation preferred.- 7–10 years of experience in a senior HR role leading a team of HR professionals, with at least 5 years in an underground mining environment.- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software; SuccessFactors experience preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
