Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Oyen through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education. This is a 37.5-hour branch position.

As a Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers toward banking solutions, recent accounts, investment advice, and appropriate colleagues. The work combines customer service, financial needs, confidential judgement, and digital banking support. You will help deliver positive branch experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
• Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions

• Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
• Complete business processes and accurate documentation

Requirements:

• High School diploma and one year relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management
