This individual will execute full‑cycle recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to delivering high‑quality talent outcomes across key investment portfolios. This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and is based in Toronto.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full‑cycle recruitment processes for front‑office investment roles, from intake through offer and onboardingAct as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, supporting job scoping, job description development, candidate assessment, and hiring decisionsProvide guidance on candidate profiles, market dynamics, and interview processes to improve hiring outcomesDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high‑caliber and diverse talent across investment marketsConduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networksDeliver a high‑touch, skilled candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleTrack and manage recruitment activity within Workday and other systemsRequired Experience & Skills4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting investment, private markets, consulting,
