Working under a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you assist residents with physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural needs. The role supports dignity, self-determination, and functional independence across seniors housing and care. Responsibilities include documenting observations, administering medications, supporting nutrition, and responding to requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Document care observations and report resident changes promptly
• Administer medications according to care plans and policies

  hydration, dining, and preferred activities
• Maintain comfort and dignity during palliative care

Requirements:

• Recognized Health Care Aide program completion
• Current College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta registration
• Active CPR and First Aid certification
• Medication Administration course, examination, and annual recertification
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
