wheel and mechanical service to customersEnsure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory countsWhat does it take to get on track?Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is preferred but we are ready to train motivated individuals who are willing to learnEffective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendationsWorking knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical servicesMust possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s AbstractExcellent customer service and a great attitude are a mustA team player who takes pride in their workAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
