Job Summary The Sales Representative finds owners of Canadian businesses who expect to plan a succession or a sale in the next few years and books their first meeting with a Commonstake partner.

The position is full-time and remote, open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identifies owner-managed businesses through industry lists, associations and referrals Contacts owners and their accountants by phone, email and Linked

In Qualifies each lead against the firm's criteria for company size, ownership and timing Books introductory meetings and prepares a one-page brief for the partner Represents the firm at regional business events Records every contact and next step in the CRM Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications One year or more in sales, business development or account management, including internships Outbound calling or email prospecting A CRM such as Hub

Spot or Salesforce Preferred Qualifications Selling qualified,



financial or advisory services A degree in business or commerce Working Conditions This is a remote position.

Work is performed at a desk with prolonged periods of sitting, computer use and phone calls.

Occasional travel to business events in the employee's region.
