and company policy • Recommend and help implement HR process improvements • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership What You Bring • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or Junior HR Generalist backgrounds welcome) • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • CHRP designation an asset, not required • Working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) • Comfortable in Excel, HRIS systems, and ADP or similar payroll platforms If you have experience as a HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, HR Specialist, People Operations Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, Payroll and HR Coordinator, you may be a good fit for this role!
