Develop local partnerships and community relationships to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements Minimum 7 years of progressive retail management experience, including leadership of a flagship, high-volume, or multi-million-dollar store.





Proven success leading large retail teams and achieving sales and operational objectives.

Strong experience in coaching, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.

Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, merchandising, loss prevention, and operational execution.

Experience building strong customer relationships and community connections.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with POS, inventory management, and retail reporting systems.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving retail environment.
