The role centers on delivery coordination: translating direction into transparent backlog items, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and reporting on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

Translate stakeholder direction from working sessions into clear backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.

Maintain a structured, current, and prioritized backlog to support effective planning and sprint execution.

Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and decision tracking to ensure timely progression of agreed activities.

Report on status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to support informed stakeholder action.

Document key requirements and decisions in clear, concise artifacts that support execution and continuity.

Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve coordination issues and remove impediments to delivery.
