OverviewEngineer and Project Leader, Industrial Electrical (Relocation to Sept-Îles) – Regular full-time position with relocation to Sept-Îles, Quebec. You will pursue project and client development in the Sept-Îles region, collaborating with offices in Labrador City, Montréal and Mont-Saint-Hilaire, and supporting projects in the mining and metals, and energy sectors. Your role combines electrical engineering leadership with project management to deliver high-quality services to industrial clients.ResponsibilitiesAddress safety issues during the design phaseLead and carry out electrical engineering projects for industrial clients in Québec and CanadaParticipate in multidisciplinary projects as a senior electrical expertPrepare and supervise the production of plans and specifications for engineering projectsSupervise or participate in preparing and drafting technical study reportsManage technical projects (project teams, design reviews, costs, schedules)Ensure the transfer of technical knowledge to junior engineersLead and participate in preparing proposalsPrepare material take-offs and studiesContribute to various stages of major projects depending on the level of engineering involvedQualities and ValuesAdaptable with the ability to learn on the flyTeam player with positive peer relationshipsResults-drivenHonest, trustworthy, and aligned with BBA ethics and valuesClient-orientedAbility to develop the skills of direct collaborators and othersIndependentCertifications and Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringMember of the Ordre des ingénieurs du QuébecAt least five years of professional experience,
