Requirements: Previous construction or labour experience preferred Ability to perform manual labour and work outdoors in varying conditions Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices Valuable communication and teamwork skills Able to meet the physical requirements of the role Experience in a specific trade (e.g., carpentry, welding, masonry) Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent) Must obtain a valid Bermuda Intermediate Driver's License within six months of commencement of employment / company vehicles can be utilized for practicing and testing Must obtain reliable transportation to and from work Must maintain all professional certifications required for the position while employed Must maintain medical fitness for duty as required and provide annual medical certificates as requested
