We are looking for an entry-level Full Stack .NET Developer to join a collaborative team in Mississauga, Ontario.

This long-term contract opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys learning unfamiliar business domains, troubleshooting existing applications, and building practical solutions across the full stack.

The role combines hands-on development with investigation, analysis, and close partnership with business and technical stakeholders.

You will contribute in a hybrid work workplace while helping deliver reliable, maintainable software enhancements and fixes.

Responsibilities: • Develop, enhance, and maintain full stack .NET applications that support business operations and user needs. • Assess business requests by gathering context, clarifying requirements, and translating objectives into practical technical approaches before development begins. • Examine existing applications to identify defects,



trace root causes, and restore functionality when issues arise. • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and subject matter experts to compare solution options and align on effective implementation plans. • Write clean, well-structured, and testable code that supports long-term application stability and future enhancements. • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and delivery planning to improve solution quality and team outcomes. • Document findings, design considerations, and development decisions to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. • Work effectively within a hybrid schedule, contributing on site in Mississauga, Ontario for most of the work week.
