Job description Develop and execute the Sales and Marketing plans for Canada in collaboration with our commercial partner, aligned with our growth objectives.

Guide and challenge our commercial partner to accelerate distribution, visibility, rotation and sales across key channels and accounts.

Manage our field sales and merchandising partner, ensuring strong in-store execution, visibility and alignment with our commercial priorities.

Analyze market, category and customer data to identify growth opportunities and build compelling customer selling stories.

Drive strong execution of customer plans, new listings, promotions and in-store activations.

Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance against targets and translate insights into clear actions.

Define optimal pricing, promotional and assortment strategies, considering brand positioning, value chain and the competitive landscape.

Assess new product and assortment opportunities and develop business cases to support successful launches.





Report directly to the Sales Manager Natural Foods Canada Profile You hold a university degree in Business, Economics, Sales, Marketing or a related field.

Approximately 3+ years of experience in CPG/FMCG account management or category management.

Ideally, with some experience dealing with Canadian retailers.

Strong relationship-building and networking skills, ideally within Canadian retail.

Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Entrepreneurial, ambitious, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Solid communication and influencing skills.

Language: Fluent in English; French is a plus.

You are based in our office in downtown Montreal, working closely with our local team, with frequent travelling for meetings at our local partner’s office (Toronto & Vancouver) Comfortable working with a European head office and adapting global strategies to the Canadian market.
