Now ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis,



and automation Experience supporting UAT, testing, and Agile delivery Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Service

Now implementation Map current-state processes and define future-state workflows Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Collaborate with Service

Now developers and architects on platform configuration and integrations Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements validation sessions Support UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and post-implementation activities
