The Role: Lead the main kitchen and a brigade of approximately 20 chefs.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality and consistency.

Maintain exceptional fine-dining standards and kitchen organisation.

Work closely with the Executive Chef on menu development, cost control and operational performance.

Champion seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients.





The Ideal Candidate: Experience in luxury boutique hotels or high-end destination restaurants.

Previous Michelin-starred experience is required .

Proven ability to lead and develop a sizeable kitchen team.

Strong operational skills and a hands-on leadership approach.
