Full Stack Developer Back to All Jobs [social_share] Our client requires a Full Stack Developer to full stack software development services on an inflight agile, cloud software development project as well as several small projects within the Digital Content Management and Delivery branch of the Curriculum, Career Education and Assessment Division.

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a recent large-scale education system and associated applications and will work closely with other team members developing front‐end and back‐end of web applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency, and troubleshooting issues.

Work is remote or onsite.

Edmonton, Alberta (Remote or Onsite) Mandatory Requirements Must possess: A university degree or two-year diploma in computer science or a related discipline (e.g., software development, programming, systems design, or information technology studies) from an accredited post-secondary institution, and a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a software developer on software development projects. OR One-year certificate in computer science or a related discipline (e.g., software development, programming, systems design,



or information technology studies) from an accredited post-secondary institution, and a minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a software developer on software development projects.

Minimum of five (5) years experience as a software developer on software development project(s) using the following: C# and/or Java Minimum of three (3) years experience in the role of software developer working on Amazon AWS software development projects Minimum of three (3) years experience developing, building, testing, and deploying solutions using Java

Script frameworks Angular (2.0 or higher) and/or React Desirable Requirements Experience developing cloud native serverless applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using microservices architecture.

Experience with Java

Script frameworks Angular (version 2.0 or higher) and React.

Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g.

DynamoDB, MongoDB).

Experience developing enterprise-scale, cloud-based platforms similar to new.learnalberta.ca.

Experience using state management tools such as NGXS, NGRX, Redux.
