Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO) drives operational excellence across Société Générale by leveraging Technology (Digital, Data & AI) and Talent.

It supports business efficiency, differentiation, and growth through its five core functions: Information Systems, Real Estate, Sourcing, Group Data Office, and Global Solution Center.

This role sits within the Engineering Platform department leading one of the Group’s strategic foundation programs: Societe Generale Engineering Platform.

Designed by developers, for developers, the platform provides a standardized, secure, and automated ecosystem to accelerate software delivery and reduce cognitive load across the organization.

Based in Montreal, within the EPL/SPL team, you will contribute to the transformation of Société Générale’s engineering platform, collaborating closely with international teams (France, India, Canada, US).

You will play a key role in standardizing, securing, and automating software development and deployment practices at scale.
