Job Overview We are currently looking for a Part Time Operations Coordinator in our North York location at 774 Supertest Rd.

REF Automation is part of the Hubbell Electrical Solutions segment. REF Automation is a manufacturer of quality connector products. A Day In The Life Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation. (Microsoft Access, inventory Excel file, ACE-CBP) Coordinate shipments within Canada.

Record and maintain detailed logs of materials received, including verification, documentation, and system entry. (Microsoft Access, Excel & SAP) Calculate earned hours from Daily Report – every second day Keep accurate records of production orders – update open order list, scan completed production packages.

Receive, check and enter purchase orders, prepare the production package for machine operators – production drawing, quality sheets, setup inspection.

minimum of a two year program 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Communication Skills: Robust written and verbal Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Develops alternate solutions.

Works well in group problem solving situations.
