We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to work in Brampton, ON.

Salary: $55,000/year Shift: 12:00pm-8:00pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities: - Coordinate freight shipments from order receipt through final delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met - Act as the primary liaison between customers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations - Monitor shipment progress, maintain accurate transportation records, and update transportation management systems in real time - Schedule deliveries, dispatch freight, and coordinate carrier and courier services to support on-time performance - Resolve transportation issues, including delivery exceptions, returns, claims, and service disruptions, while escalating concerns when necessary - Prepare, manage, and distribute shipping documentation, freight bills, labels, and operational reports - Track carrier performance, maintain service standards, and communicate significant updates to stakeholders and account management teams - Prioritize workloads and shipment activities based on customer needs, delivery schedules, and operational requirements - Support inventory and administrative functions, including order processing, supply management,



and maintenance of accurate records - Other duties as required Qualifications: - College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade preferred - 1-2 years of work experience in Transportation/Logistics/Distribution - Valid forklift certification + experience operating the Counterbalance forklift - Knowledge of Transportation Management Software (i.e.

Load Link, PC Miler, Cargowise, Truck

Mate, etc) is an asset - CIFFA Certificate is an asset - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Strong customer service skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Robust problem-solving/analytical skills - Excellent organizational skills - Strong ability to multi-task - Able to work effectively as a team - Able to work overtime when needed Apply now!
