Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental benefits once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with customers and freight carriers Prepare outgoing orders, including packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments Verify part numbers, quantities, packing slips, and purchase orders for accuracy Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage and report quality concerns when required Assist with product returns and related documentation Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems Conduct inventory tracking and cycle counts Ensure inventory levels are accurate and properly documented Support material movement throughout the facility Warehouse Operations Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport and store materials safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Support manufacturing and operational teams as needed Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety policies Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration Participate in meetings and operational initiatives Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams Complete required training and maintain compliance with company programs and procedures Promote a culture of safety by reporting hazards, incidents, and equipment issues promptly Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience 1-2 years of forklift experience required Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) considered a strong asset Strong customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word,



and Outlook Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Highly organized and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Safety-conscious mindset Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace Regular standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent use of computers, warehouse equipment, and inventory systems Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity This position is based in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to: Industrial machinery and equipment Noise, dust, heat, and other manufacturing conditions Material handling equipment and warehouse traffic Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
