Job Title: IMAC Coordinator Location: Toronto, ON M6J 1H1 Duration: 6 Months Job Type: Temporary Assignment Work Type: Remote Job Description: Swivel seat between government interface and internal system to create service calls for installation, removal and break/fix services Ensure that field services and sub-contractors have the required documentation before going to site Coordinate between contractors and government staff to schedule renewal and ad-hoc removal and installation requests.





Work with all levels of staff to ensure that SLAs are met for all requests Work with MGS coordinators to accommodate and schedule additional/reschedule requests Update government database with user/contact info on units installed by field techs Identify critical break/fix issues and coordinate with field services to provide loaners in order to meet SLA Acquire price quotes for Non-Warranty services and submit them to MGS for approval.

Follow through with the customer for approval and payment Monitor all open calls to ensure SLAs are met Required Skills/Qualifications: Experience in an office setting working with multiple senior staff Good analytical, communication, organizational & interpersonal skills Considerable experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) Proven ability to respond to a wide variety of issues and deal with unclear situations and conflicting demands Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Excellent judgement in setting priorities, identifying issues and determining action required.

Adept at balancing major concurrent tasks and projects Ability to investigate issues, problem solve and handle multiple tasks as assigned.
