This Claims Service Ambassador position delivers consistent member experiences during a high-volume inbound call center workflow. You will provide empathetic direction throughout claims, communicate coverage decisions within a limited scope, and evaluate information supporting losses and liability. The hybrid environment requires two office days or fifteen office hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process first notice of loss and inbound claims inquiries
• Provide timely, proactive support throughout claims

• Quantify losses and evaluate liability within limited scope
• Maintain current diaries and document claim activities

Requirements:

• Two to three years’ customer service experience
• Excellent listening, written, and spoken communication
• Accurate data entry and detail-oriented investigation
• Forty to fifty words-per-minute typing proficiency
• Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills
