Lead investor relations delivery for smartIR as VP of Client Services, using account leadership and project management in a fully distributed environment. This senior role owns the operational and relational backbone of the smartIR client experience. You will manage client accounts, coordinate Market Insights, Paid Media, Website, Social Media, Email, Marketing Assets, and Investor Engagement. Hands-on investor relations experience supports work with micro-cap and emerging issuers across venture exchanges. Key Responsibilities:

Build trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders Own end-to-end project management across active accounts Drive accountability, timelines, quality,



and delivery deadlines Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights Update the CEO on account health and risks Requirements:

Eight or more years of senior agency operating leadership Experience executing key multichannel marketing services Required investor relations experience with micro-cap issuers preferred Solid project management, CRM, and communication skills Ability to operate autonomously in distributed teams Bring investor relations expertise, operational discipline, and client leadership to scale smartIR delivery across emerging issuers.
