About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Administration to provide strategic leadership across a broad portfolio of operational functions, including information technology, facilities, infrastructure and capital planning, athletics and recreation, residences, ancillary services, and conferences and events. The role will align priorities, strengthen planning and information-sharing, and support long-term operational sustainability through responsible stewardship of resources. The AVP will champion service excellence and continuous improvement, use data-informed decision-making, and advance modernization and revenue opportunities. They will also manage operational, infrastructure, reputational,



and service risks while advising senior leadership and working with governance stakeholders.

Candidates should have post-secondary education in a related discipline and senior leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-unit operations, with a record of improving performance. Experience in higher education or another similarly complex sector is an asset. The role calls for robust administrative and operational expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to assess costs, benefits, revenues, and risks. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to unite diverse teams, foster inclusion and accountability, and promote a service-oriented culture.
