This brokerage role suits an experienced personal lines professional with an Alberta Level 1 or 2 license. You will manage renewals, endorsements, policy maintenance, documentation, and follow-up. The position also supports cross-selling, referrals, and growing exposure to small commercial accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Own renewals, endorsements, and personal lines policy maintenance
Process requests accurately and document client interactions
Explain coverage, options, and next steps clearly
Use Epic and carrier portals to maintain service levels




Support retention through proactive touchpoints and problem-solving
Requirements: Alberta Level 1 or 2 insurance license
Experience servicing personal lines brokerage clients
Strong organization and time management in high-volume service
Comfort with portals and documentation standards
Skilled, client-first communication under pressure
Apply personal lines servicing, coverage communication, and retention skills while supporting clients and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
