As an Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst, you will support residential and commercial accounts. You will monitor balances, resolve discrepancies, and maintain timely payment cycles. The work combines customer communication, reconciliation, reporting, and collection follow-up.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor billing activities, account balances, and outstanding charges
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues
Maintain accurate customer account and payment records
Follow up on overdue residential and commercial accounts
Support reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities
Requirements: Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
