Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support a sales team in Brantford.

This role will focus heavily on Microsoft Excel, including organizing and maintaining sales data, analyzing trends and performance metrics, creating pivot tables, and preparing reports that help support sales strategies and business decisions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with large amounts of data, and possesses strong Excel skills.

In addition to data analysis and reporting, this individual will provide general administrative support to the team, including phone and email correspondence Skills and Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, reporting, sales support, administration, or a related role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, e.g. XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, charts, and data cleaning. • Hands-on experience creating and working with pivot tables. • Experience analyzing and organizing business or sales data. • Solid attention to detail and accuracy. • Basic executive or administrative support experience. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.



• Ability to work full-time on-site in Brantford, Ontario. • Previous experience supporting a sales team. • Experience creating recurring sales or performance reports.
