Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and technically inclined Data Center Project Manager to support the coordination and execution of multiple data center infrastructure projects.

Working closely with the Program Manager and broader data center operations team, this individual will help oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, track project milestones, resolve operational challenges, and ensure deployment activities remain on schedule.

This is a hands-on coordination role that combines project support, technical infrastructure knowledge, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can think critically through problems, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving.

Support the coordination and execution of approximately 3–10 concurrent data center infrastructure projects at various stages of deployment. • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, maintain timelines, and identify potential roadblocks. • Coordinate data center deployment activities, including equipment delivery, rack deployment, physical installation, power connections, and cabling. • Work closely with vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. • Assist with GPU cluster and other large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Skills and Requirements • Previous experience in project coordination/management, project support, data center operations, infrastructure deployment, or a related technical environment. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to independently assess situations and work through challenges logically. • Basic understanding of networking concepts, data center infrastructure, or IT hardware. • Familiarity with networking terminology,



including switches, routers, fibre cabling, connectivity, and physical infrastructure. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience coordinating vendors, resources, timelines, and project deliverables. • Comfortable working in a energetic environment where priorities and project requirements can change frequently. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and jump in where needed. • Previous experience supporting data center builds, expansions, or infrastructure deployments. • Exposure to GPU clusters, server infrastructure, or colocation environments. • Experience with physical rack installations, equipment deployment, power connections, and structured cabling. • Basic networking or IT infrastructure experience. • Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, or other lightweight tools to track project activities and milestones.
