What You'll Do Call and follow up with homeowners who have requested information about our services Book and run in-person estimates at client homes Assess each property, quote multiple services, and book jobs Collect deposits and hand jobs off to our operations team Help generate new leads in your local area alongside our team Attend a weekly team meeting and regular check-ins with your manager What We're Looking For You like talking to people and solving their problems You're goal-driven and want clear weekly targets Organized, punctual,



and you do what you say you'll do Comfortable spending your week outdoors and at client homes Valid driver's licence and full time access to a vehicle Smartphone Sales or customer service experience is an asset, not required What We Offer Full hands-on training: phone scripts, estimates, closing, and payments A dedicated manager who coaches you day to day Your own territory, with leads provided by our marketing team Flexible schedule, you choose your estimate days Uniform provided Incentive trips for top performers A clear path into leadership as we expand Schedule Weekday afternoons and evenings Weekends 25 to 35 hours per week Shortlisted applicants will receive a short video about the role and a link to book an interview.
