Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to provide digital product leadership for one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a journey transformation, enhancing the homebuying experience for customers. • Integration of legacy platforms into modern web services: integrating data collection platforms with a strategic pricing and decisioning platforms for homebuyer adjudication process. • Running with Scrum Teams: Oversee and collaborate with scrum teams to drive product development and delivery. • User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements.

Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals Skills and Requirements • Lending Experience: Proven experience in lending, with a deep understanding of lending products and processes. • Technical Knowledge and Business Acumen: A balanced blend of technical expertise and business insight (50/50 split) to drive product success. • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. • Agile Methodology Experience: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies to ensure effective and flexible product development. • Delivery Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. • Strong knowledge of cloud web services: Handling integration between modern web services and legacy platforms • Roadmap Management: Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability. • Defining KPIs:



Proficiency in identifying and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

Skilled in analyzing data to track progress, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement. • Power

Point, Excel: Advanced skills in using Power

Point for creating compelling presentations and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Capable of leveraging these tools to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences. • Former Business Analyst (BA): Previous BA experience aids in understanding business processes and stakeholder communication. • Digital Transformation Experience: Proven ability to lead or participate in digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation and process improvement. • AWS: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services for designing and managing cloud solutions. • JIRA, Confluence: Expertise in using JIRA for project management and Confluence for documentation and collaboration. AI and OCR: Experience with AI and OCR technologies for automating processes and data analysis.
