Deliver accurate member service at Access Credit Union, processing financial transactions and answering inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.

The Member Service Representative serves existing and potential members through transactions, relationship building, and product promotion. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, exchange calculations, and cheque cashing. The position also supports account resolution, security, and fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally
• Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily
• Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
• Respond to member inquiries in person, by phone,

• Promote products while identifying lending and wealth referrals

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer or member service experience
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate, detail-oriented approach to financial transactions
• Basic financial industry risk management knowledge
