Key Responsibilities: Maintain buildings and building service equipment
Perform basic plumbing and mechanical repairs
Repair commercial doors, windows, walls, and floors




Handle power tools and hand tools
Respond effectively to emergency situations
Requirements: Three years of varied maintenance experience
Complete high school education meeting Manitoba standards
Ability to follow directions and work independently
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Current required criminal and abuse registry checks
